It teaches basic phrases and strategies for effective phone conversations in a business context. Topics include answering and making calls, leaving messages, arranging callbacks, and handling different conversation situations. Practical exercises, role plays, and communication tasks will increase confidence in conducting English-language phone calls and improve language competence. The course is conducted entirely in English.
