We are going to prepare a fairly simple dough into which you can mix various ingredients, such as pistachios and cranberries, or white chocolate and macadamia nuts, or nuts and raisins. Perfect for delicious and easy-to-make cookies which will convince even cookie experts! The dough is shaped into a large log and simply sliced.

In this course, we're going to try some variations.

While preparing and baking different cookie types we will be talking about the recipes, American or British Christmas traditions and own experiences.

There will be enough to take them home, so bring boxes!
